Service was outstanding!! would recommend Dekra to anybody. Went to get a car seat installed and they went above and beyond to make sure my baby was safe. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Will be going back again for other services for sure!!!

Washed up at Lou's after the alternator on my truck failed EB on the 401. Carlos and Tony could not have done more. Clearly they were already fully booked, but in order to get me back on the road to Ottawa as quickly as possibl they went over and above. Courteous and competent. The cost was certainly reasonable as well. I cannot say enough in favour of these guys.
