I Recently had a transmission problem with my van and was recommended by a friend to take it to PARKWAY RAD AND TRANSMISSION. I was expecting the worst, but the guys diagnosed it as being an electrical issue. The diagnosis was free, and they fixed it the very same day. They even drove me home and picked me up when it was finished! I was so relieved that they were honest as i was told by another MajoR TRANSMISSION shop that i would need a complete re-built at around $3000.00!! I was also pleased to learn that they perform regular maintenance and repairs as well as transmission work. PLEASE ! Do yourself a favour and go see Parkway First. It will save you a lot of money!!!!!

Attention to Detail removed the coverings under the vehicle to ensure a thoroughly job was done. Very friendly service as well. Product seeps down but doesn’t drip on your driveway. I brought a car into here to deal with a check engine light and I had a minor exhaust leak. The engine light was something I could handle myself, and I declined the repair for the engine code. They didn’t give me a hard time about the code and fixed the exhaust leak. Extremely professional. Would definitely recommend this place.

Called to make an appointment for an etest, after talking on the phone and settling on a time for the next day I got a call back with an opening for that afternoon, I showed up an hour early and it was taken in right away! The guys at this Midas shop were really great, they did everything really fast when I needed my entire muffler line replaced. When they quoted me I was as usual not thrilled about the price but gave them the go ahead for the repairs anyway. 20 minutes later I received another phone call from one of their staff saying that they found the parts from another supplier. Saved me $200.

I was from out of town with transmission trouble. I found Kelly from yellow pages and was a little leary on out of town auto repair. I had my vehicle towed to his shop and had the issue repaired. Unfortunately more damage was done to my truck than I hoped for. If it wasnt for the fact that I live 300 kms away from shop I would have had Kelly do the work. He was honest and upfront on issues. I would highly recommend Kelly. Wish I lived closer cause he would have got the work.
