They were very helpful when I called after my car broke down. With Covid tow trucks dont take passengers, Deans offered to pick me up to take me home. Then picked me up when the repair was done. They went so far as to call Nissan and confirm I had all the info I needed to be reimbursed because my vehicle was still under warranty, but I had no way of getting to North Bay or Bracebridge to a Nissan dealership. Highly Deans for auto repair! Amazing people!!!!!

Toyota has amazing customer service , best in town for sure ! I purchased my 2016 Toyota Rav 4 last May, and I could not be happier with it! It has everything I could need and more , not to mention it's gorgeous! I found the staff there so great! They are all knowledgeable , honest friendly people. I had gone to another dealership in town before deciding on Festing Toyota and it was a horrible experience. I Couldn't have asked for a better experience at Toyota they were excellent.

In the middle of this Co-vid 19 virus our car was totalled when we hit a moose late in the evening. Despite all protocols of social distancing and serious health concerns, Griffiths were out PRONTO to assist. They recommended a tow closer to them ( vs. returning to Toronto) to save costs. They were extremely helpful in allowing us to get back to the car to pick up our stuff & answering all our questions regarding insurance. Polite, professional. Perfect.

I drive a Toyota and after my warranty was up I no longer wanted to pay Toyota’s high maintenance cost. I needed new front and back brakes and I’m happy to have found these guys. The owners of this garage worked many years for toyota and are the best mechanics.Their service is superb and their cost is less than any dealership. I rarely write reviews but wanted to give a shout out for tHometown Garage.

On our way to bring our daughter to college in Barrie and the gas tank strap broke on my Toyota.6:30 am with two vehicle full where do we go? My husband has always has great work with fair prices work done here and Greg Holmes did not disappoint!! By 8:00am we were back on the road! Many thanks for giving a mother one less thing to worry about!

Big shot out for Jack of Jack's Auto Repair. I'm from Hamilton vacationing in Huntsville. I stopped at Jack's and even tho he was extremely busy he stopped what he was doing to check my car out and take it for a test drive. Turned out front wheel bearing was shot. Jack stopped me from potentially having a dangerous ride home. Thx Jack, your kindness and sensitivity to the issue was greatly appreciated.

I found them after a huge hometown garage was writing off my vehicle and #suggesting I go next door to purchase a new one or repair at a price no less than $ 6000 .
