Absolutely Delicious!!! Our family's favourite restaurant for sure! We always start with the Soy Nuggets (we honestly felt the need to double check that they were soy the first time! I am not vegetarian but I have always enjoyed the food at this restaurant. Last time, I had the potato apple gratin with sweet potato corn bread and it was one of the best tasting dishes I've had in a restaurant. I hope this restaurant is able to move to a bigger location soon as it is a bit cramped where they are now. It was very busy when my daughter and I were there for dinner, but that does not excuse them from trying to seat us at a dirty table. The waitress cleared cups from the table and then immediately put the menus and utensils down for us. I had to ask her to please wipe the table first! We also had to ask for our water glasses to be refilled when they were empty (which never impresses me in a restaurant....isn't that their job?) In spite of this, yes I would go back because the food is so delicious...they just need to focus a little more on providing the service people expect when they decide to dine out for an evening.

The best Indian restaurant in Toronto. The only restaurant on Gerrard with a constant line up (and think how many restaurants there are). A great buffet, always being replenished. Great variety of flavours and presentations. The bread is out of this world. If you order from the menu, the selection is even better. Every dish cooked fresh, and they will adjust the heat to your liking. Very attentive and polite servers. A beautifully decorated room. Do yourself a favour - go to Sidhartha tonight.

Went to this restaurant for the first time at lunch time. We had the lasagna, salad and garlic bread. The food was excellent and the staff is friendly and knows how to treat customers. This type of attitude makes you want to go back. We will certainly be telling our friends about this restaurant! Our next visit will be to bring family to eat here again.

One of my family's perennial haunts. We stumbled upon it while looking for a meal the night before a vacation, and now it is one of our favourite restaurants.
Our usual order consists of 2 tofu satays with roti, one tofu mee goreng, and one hakka chow mein, but we also love Thai curry. Theirs (red and green) are both excellent.
The only troubling bit is the music in the background. When it isn't reimagined version of pop songs (a bit repetitive), it's CHFI, the local adult contemporary radio station (complete with advertisements; a joy at Christmas).
To sum up: Grossly undervisited, deserves more people through the door and cash through the register.

Last week we had to organize a sudden meeting for our project with US clients. Due to lack of time we missed out planning for lunch but thanks to my ‘Opentable’ app Grilled Atlantic Salmon, Chicken Parmigianino, Spring Lamb with red wine that I found Carmelina Restaurant in Woodbine Avenue. Their event catering service for lunch & evening snacks made me & my team proud on my decision. I wonder how I missed looking this food place for last many years. Thank you Abbas for your cooperation & on-time food catering service with delicious Italian food as our guests loved it. Looking forward to visit the place personally and relish all again the Grilled Atlantic Salmon, Chicken Parmigianino, Spring Lamb with red wine.

Let me start off by first saying the portions are generous and the food is delicious (especially the general tao chicken which is the perfect amount of spicy and sweet). The service was great and made sure we were enjoying our meal.
As a resident of Aurora, I (like the previous reviewer) used to need to go south to either Richmond Hill or Markham before I get a taste of authentic Chinese food but now that I have discovered a local gem I am highly impressed.
All I can say is bon appetite!

This Restaurant is the best restaurant in Niagara Falls I have eaten at. The food is excellent ! The service was above excellent. The View of the falls awesome. If you want a Family atmosphere and feel like you belong this is the place to go. We didnt want to leave as it felt so right to be there. We will always go back there. They are also knowledgeable on allergies such as Celiac Disease . Great place !!!
