The service has gone done so much since covid 19 and they dont seem to care. Ive had drivers yell at me and keep my change that they seemed to think was theirs. They are never on time and of course the drivers say its dispatch and dispatch says its drivers fault. Never ever again will I used their service.Save yourself the stress and dont use them either.
Horrible my 17 yr was stranded at airport at 3 am waited 2 hrs for cab. She got into associated can aske to take her to sandman hotel. He told her he couldn’t take her and to get out of the cab. 17 years old and he left her. Was it because the hotel was close and the fare wasn’t worth his whole. 3 am. Nice job associated
There should be a way to rate negative stars. Despite booking a cab with a live person for the following day, and speaking to a live person 20 minutes before the expected arrival time, they still managed to show up an hour late; missed the flight. When you have only 1 thing to do, and STILL cannot get that right... I dont know how they manage to be in business. NOT ME AGAIN.
I called late Sunday night, cold, tired, after an extremely long day of work, and my phone was about to die.
I was greeted by the RUDEST dispatch/representative I have ever spoken to.
I am unfamiliar with the area I needed a cab in, I only knew what train station I was at. I told him the name of the station only to have him argue with me about where it was. He hung upIMMEDIATELY after I gave my name, so I wasnt even sure if a cab was coming nor how long it would be.
I will never call again
