Brought my 10 month old female ragdoll cat for the first time away from home for a 4 night stay. She was nervous and a bit scared. But they were so good to her and helped her to be comfortable. Very clean environment. Very nice and helpful staff. I would recommend them to anyone.
Our English bulldog had excellent care while we were in Europe for 3 weeks. Our dog has food allergies and her folds and eyes need daily treatment. Her feeding routine means extra care with her 3x daily meals. We were contacted via email a couple times and felt confident she was in getting excellent care. When picked her up she was happy and looking very well cared for.

They were our last place to try for care of our paralyzed and difficult to care dog.
Everyone but particularly Danielle were wonderful and we were able to enjoy well needed vacation while Snoopy was in great hands.

Amazing place for your pet to be left while on holiday.George our havanese thinks he’s a person not a dog so he was a little timid at first . We were sent updates and photos the entire 16 days. Glenn the GM made sure I was comfortable leaving him and the staff gave exceptional care can’t say enough nice things. He’ll be back in a couple of months, thanks so much !
I had to board my elderly diabetic cat who has never been boarded before. I was so worried how she would do and I couldn’t have been more pleased with care. They carefully test blood sugar twice a day and corrected her insulin dose. She was actually in better shape than when I dropped her off. The staff were very caring and I truly appreciated their care.
Boarded my senior cat recently for a 15 day stay. This is the third time I’ve used Springbank Pet Resort and each time I’ve been very pleased with the care given. Highly recommend.
Our dog Ember seemed so happy when she came home. In good spirits, healthy, and appeared to have had a great time. Well cared for and did not lose weight as she has at other care facilities. Over all, very pleased with her care and well being. Thank you soooo much!!!!!
Our first time boarding our girl, Maya and we are so happy with the experience. They have accepted her despite her anxiety. We definitely recommend them and we will board our girl again for sure.

Our Cat Ginger has had many visits to Springbank Pet Resort and she is very happy there. One of the employees is Fran, and she is an exceptional cat expert and takes such great care of Ginger. We love it when Fran is there.

Springbank Pet Resort is simply the best. They are absolutely amazing with my three dogs and my dogs absolutely LOVE going there! Everyone who works there is so fantastic ..... they truly love dogs and you can tell!
This was our first visit with our two dogs, and they did great! The drop off and pick up process is extremely organized and I think makes the anxiety of going to the kennel for the dogs much better. One of my dogs needed to see the vet during his stay for a small injury that happened prior to us going to the kennel, and it was so nice to know that he had access to the vet while he was there. Highly recommend!
Fantastic facility for our Missy. Great care and we feel very comfortable leaving her. When we pick her up she is always happy to see us but then sad to leave her new friends.
I know that when I leave Pippin there he will be well cared for in a clean well managed facility with professional well trained staff. My dog is always happy when we show up here. Thanks for taking such good care of my Jack Russel
We have boarded our pets (2 dogs, cat and gecko) for many years at Springbank and they have constantly provided excellent care. Recently our dashound developed a serious eye infection while being boarded at Springbank and the staff provided regular phone updates, arranged for him to get an appointment with the vet at their clinic next door and sent me photos. This greatly eased our minds until we could get home.
I have 2 small breeds that stay at the Springbank pet resort - Dolly my dachshund and Moses my yorkie. There are a number of positive things I appreciate about this place. To mention a few- CLEAN,ODOURLESS (big deal when you cater to a number of pets!) spacious, great staff and a very big deal that the ‘hours of business’ for pick-up and drop-off are extremely accommodating!
Thank you Springbank that I can trust and rely on a safe, healthy environment (indoors and out) for my furry babies. Yay!
