Their policy is if you buy their wiper blades they will install them for free. except on two separate occasions, 13010 137 ave (my grandson and my daughter)the employee attempted to replace wiper blades on my daughters ford escape,did not know how and she went elsewhere. On my grandson Benz, the employee looked at it and told him "it was a dealer install and special tools where needed" That was not the case! Online information instructions are the same for any regular replacements.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Go here is you want to feel robbed.

Garbage customer service.

First I tried calling the store multiple times to see if they had a product I needed,but no answer. I decided to drive there to check for myself and waited in line for 25mins. These guys are absolutely clueless and dont know what they are doing. The service is....uh...there is none. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
