UPS has lost a previous package containing a sofa since September 2017. Another replacement package was sent out on November 2017 and lost again. Contacting UPS representatives and supervisors was very agitating and anoying. They are all skilled in lying or just not knowlegeable in their services. Contacted UPS at different times and dates and always received diffent answers. Very obvious that they do not track and scan packages accurately and not damaged. Delivery service NOT FOR CHRISTMAS!
