    Bad customer service. He doesn't know how to talk to his customers and he is all about money and will overcharge you without your permission.

    Amazing customer service!

    I spent a lot of time looking for the right car rental agency as I needed to rent a car for a trip to Quebec City. I've rented from other places but this is the best: the people are the nicest, the car selection is great, the service is fast and efficient. Pleasant and warm atmosphere - perhaps the best car rental I have ever dealt with.
