I went to la Stella to grab a few groceries for dinner and the cashier was talking on her personal cell phone the entire time. Took her sweet time walking over to her till because she was so invested in her phone and then talked on her phone through the entire transaction without even acknowledging the customer. Will not be returning.
This is a terrific place to get authentic Italian groceries.
Warm staff great product at fair prices.
Nice to still be able to support local business who care about their customers.
Initially impressed even though service was a bit iffy and prices high everyone was very helpful and pleasant. At this point in time I am very disappointed with service and consideration. This is unfortunate as I have to rely on services that deliver due to crippling disorder and hope things return to at least their original service level.
