I have been coming to O'Haira's for over two years and I have never been that faithful to a salon before in my life. I always used to get nervous when I had to get a hair cut because of so many bad experiences. Now I LOVE booking my appointments because I always walk away from here happy. With Debbie's (owner) assistance, selecting the right wig was so much easier than I thought. No pressure to purchase. The store has an amazing selection of types, styles and colors of wigs as well as scarves and other headwear.

We visit Kelowna at least once a year and when we do, theres no better place for my wife and daughter to get their hair cut and coloured than with Jimmy at Cabella. He and his staff are always friendly, professional and provide amazing service. There are lots of salons in Vancouver but my wife will wait several months if she knows were heading that way to make an appointment with Jimmy. Hes that good!

Love Kaytlyn! She listens carefully to what you want and is great with both the cut and color. I never feel rushed; she takes time to pamper you and you can tell she truly values her clients. She is also really down to earth and friendly and I enjoy our chats each time. I have loved my hair since going to her!

Highly recommend!!!! Toni is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. She truly enjoys making people feel good. She uses and sells very high quality products. I am absolutely IN LOVE with the Thalgo products. Not only does everything smell amazing but it is all natural organic from Europe. It all makes me feel so good!! The Dr.Renaud skin care I buy through her is the only skin care that has worked for my oily, problematic skin. I will never try anything else.

It was my first time going in for a cut, wasn't sure what to expect. The outside can be intimadating but the inside is warm and welcoming. Colleen was fantastic. Denis cracked the jokes. I went for a haircut and left with a fresh new look and streaks. Affordable prices, chilled atmosphere and great service. See you again in a couple months.

I love this salon. They are friendly, knowledgeable... reasonably priced and really listen. The skill level is amazing. I trust my hair here. I have 'difficult' hair, curly, dry and fine but thick.... hard to style and cut... and I'm always happy and smilng when I leave.

Julie has been my hair stylist for 18 years, since the first day I met her when she did my hair for grad. She does a phenomenal job with hair cuts, hair colors and on creating unique and beautiful updos for special occasions. She takes the time to make sure your hair is perfect. I drive all the way from the upper mission to go there and it���s definitely worth the drive! At this point, I feel like I���m going to see family when I go. Both Julie and Julia are so nice. My name is Carol Miller. I began going to NOSL approx. 3 years ago. It's the best present I could have given myself. You are greeted so warmly as soon as you enter the establishment. Customer Service is of prime importance to not only the owner/operator, but all of her staff. They answer any questions and take their time, so you are comfortable.
I am a perfectionist, and they take the same pride in doing their job as much as I do wanting the fabulous results. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to treat a problem/issue, or you just need some pampering, please enjoy your experience @ North Okanagan Skin and Laser. I know I do.

Great price, great stylists, incredibly friendly people. They were really funny great people, and they did a great job on my hair, and the price was really reasonable. Plus I found out they take hair donations! The minimum length is at least 8inches but it can be dyed or natural hair. I really recommend this place, great service. 5/5 stars.
