our experience with jay’s towing was nothing less than PHENOMINAL. we got in an accident (oopsies!) and didn’t even need to call. rob was there in LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES and was such good help. if i ever get in another accident (god forbid) i pray he is there. he giggled with us when we drove our car into the scrap yard and held a funeral, and cried with us when we had to call our parents (not really but he was awesome). if six stars was possible he’d get 7. WE LOVE YOU ROB <3

got a wicked flat tire the other day and wasnt even able to angle the car right to jack it up. so i just called a towing company and these guys came fast. i would recommend them to others

I never got a chance to use them because of timing, so we were forced to cancel (I was so embarrassed). But they were very *very* kind about it and these days, when kindness is in short supply, I found that very welcoming. Some might say its silly to rate a business 5-stars because of being nice, but nice matters.

This is an amazing company that provides great service. I was left stranded on the gardiner expressway when my uber driver got a flat tire. They came to help out the stranded drivers with flat tires and offered to drive me home after no taxi or uber could pick me up on the side of the highway!
Thank-you again for your kindness and will be calling you guys in the future if I am stranded with my own vehicle next time.

We had to call CAA at 5pm Sunday evening. We waited a while for them to show up, but when they did; Aaron and Ryan made the rest of our evening as stress free as possible. He explained everything to me and put my mind at ease. I would say he went above and beyond- making sure I was comfortable at Royal auto collision until my husband arrived. I was in a serious car accident in Markham Ontario and had no idea what to do. Before any service the man who worked for Instant Towing asked me if I was okay. They helped me out by explaining the process of being in a motor vehicle accident and even delivered a car rental to me. I honestly would not know what to do if it wasnt for this company helping out. A very nice man,delivering a truck to somewhere in Toronto.Had stopped when he saw me walking on the 400 by Parry Sound.He drove me to the gas station and dropped me off to get gas.Was unable to take me back to my vehicle and I was totally ok with that.A huge Thank you to this gentleman who took the time to get me to the gas station.
