We had our BRAND new truck towed because the dealer never gave us a second set of keys (back ordered fob) and the dispatch and driver were amazing to deal with. The driver was professional and courteous. He arrived when he said, and contacted me when he successfully dropped off the truck I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the area.

I had the pleasure of being towed by a wonderful driver of Budget Towing. He picked me up quickly and safely off the 401 during rush hour. He was professional, courteous, in uniform and made the usually unpleasant experience, pleasant. He took care of everything and eased my nerves. I will be using their service again. I was in a serious car accident in Markham Ontario and had no idea what to do. Before any service the man who worked for Instant Towing asked me if I was okay. They helped me out by explaining the process of being in a motor vehicle accident and even delivered a car rental to me. I honestly would not know what to do if it wasnt for this company helping out. our experience with jay’s towing was nothing less than PHENOMINAL. we got in an accident (oopsies!) and didn’t even need to call. rob was there in LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES and was such good help. if i ever get in another accident (god forbid) i pray he is there. he giggled with us when we drove our car into the scrap yard and held a funeral, and cried with us when we had to call our parents (not really but he was awesome). if six stars was possible he’d get 7.
