We live in a remote location where no one wanted to come and repair our washing machine. I got a hold of Scott and he came to our location. He saw the problem right away and ordered the part. The very next day he was back up and repaired our washing machine. He was quick, honest, and very helpful. We will highly recommend Scotts Appliance Repair to all our friends and family. I just phoned Scott and described my issues with my 9 years old washing machine. He told me that my washing machine wasn't repairable and would need to be replaced. He also took the time to explain why. This is all over the phone. He didn't make any money from giving me advice. If I ever need someone to repair my appliances, he will be the first person I call.
