Very poor custome...
Very poor customer service. We paid him 72 to tell us our stove parts were fried and then requested a repair quote for the insurance company to decide to replace or repair. After asking for almost 3 weeks he finally sent a quote with no labour included. I asked for the labour quote and he texted me a picture of the revised quote. There was no total though so I asked for a total which is when he got snappy and asked if I was serious. And then continued to get upset at me.
